Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, body image, social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorders. EMDR therapists have extensive training in this special form of therapy and enjoy helping clients heal from trauma using this method. Many clients report that after having participated in EMDR therapy, they feel lighter, healthier, and happier. EMDR therapy is not for everyone; working together with your counselor, you will determine if it is right for you!

EMDR sessions work best as 60-minute appointments and will be $150 per session if paying out-of-pocket. Please note that prices are typically slightly increased at the beginning of each new year, and aforementioned prices may change if Lacey forgets to update the website!
Insurance rates will vary according to plan. Many insurances accepted!
